Breathing
"Breathing" is a celebration of connection the connection between breath, life, and the natural world that surrounds us. At the top left corner, a human nose gently exhales, releasing a breath that becomes one with a vibrant explosion of flowers, leaves, and colors. We do not just exist in nature we breathe with it, we live because of it, and we are part of its infinite cycle.
The flowers represent life in its purest form blooming, wild, chaotic, beautiful, and interconnected. They overlap, mix, collide, and coexist, just like our emotions, our experiences, and the connections we share with the world around us. The nose symbolizes our human presence, our fragility, and our dependence on nature. One simple breath becomes a reminder of how sacred our connection is, and how easily we forget it. We breathe the air the plants give us, the plants breathe the carbon we release. We are in constant exchange, even when we’re not aware of it. This breathing is our silent communication with the earth, a dialogue older than humanity itself.
The blooming flowers bursting from this breath reveal how powerful we truly are when we live in harmony with nature. They show how life expands when we honor our relationship with the world, instead of controlling it or disconnecting from it. Each flower carries a small fragment of emotion tenderness, joy, nostalgia, innocence, and even vulnerability. Together, they form a garden of inner feelings.
Below, the waves of blue represent both water and movement, the emotional flow within humanity and the constant changes of nature. Everything is in motion. Everything breathes, even the oceans, even the forests, even the colors on this canvas.
This artwork is my reminder and my offering that when we breathe deeply and consciously, we breathe with the whole planet. We reconnect to the power we carry within, the beauty we often forget, and the love that exists between all living things.
Through this piece, I want viewers to pause, to breathe, to feel.
To remember that life begins with a breath, and healing begins with remembering we are part of something much larger, much more alive, much more beautiful.
